Our story began in 2022, when we decided to pursue our dream of opening our own restaurant. At Gen Sushi, we wanted to create a place where we could share our love for sushi with our neighbors.
At Gen Sushi, we use only the freshest ingredients and the finest techniques to prepare our sushi. We offer a variety of sushi options, from traditional nigiri and sashimi to creative rolls, fried rice, and noodle. Whether you are a sushi lover or a newbie, we have something for everyone.
